Our friendly and professional repair engineers all work to the highest standards and have accumulated many years of experience in the appliance repair industry. From a faulty microwave to a leaking washing machine we can repair them all. 

Same day services are available throughout Cambridge, Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire for most repairs, but if that is not possible, you can count on our seamless customer services to ensure the repair process is fast, efficient and trouble free. 

We carry out all required safety checks on the repaired appliances.

We do not repair Refrigeration Appliances or 100% GAS Appliances

Installation Services:

All quoted pricing provides for full installation, including but not limited to connecting the new appliance to the electric supply, water supply, waste system and for integrated appliances the rehanging and adjustment of the cabinet doors. Also included is the removal and recycling of the existing appliance if required.

Free-standing per unit .. £60.00 (VAT Excl)
Integrated per unit ....... £95.00 (VAT Excl)
Cooker Hoods .....from £100.00 (VAT Excl)

Fix-my-appliance offers fixed fee installations for both integrated and free-standing appliances - subject to any site survey undertaken that may reveal necessary work that could be out of scope. 
Out of scope work will be quoted for at the time of the installation or should additional parts be required, the work will be quoted the following day.

Repair Services:

Repair prices are fixed (excluding replacement parts), so there will be no surprises in your itemised quote or final invoice. Replacement parts will be quoted separately either at the time of the repair, or if unavailable, by the following day.

Fix-my-appliance believe appliance repairs should be easy and straight forward, and that includes pricing. Unlike other repairers we don't charge you per hour, or per visit.  This labour fee charge covers the actual remedial work to make your appliance operational no matter how long the engineer spends on your machine, or how many visits it takes to get repaired (i.e. if a part has to be ordered there is no extra charge for a returning visit). The only additional charge to the labour fee would be for parts if your appliance required them to make it operational.
If the machine is not repairable or beyond economical repair, we charge only half of the labour fee as a call out and diagnostics fee.

Warranty:

Fix-my-appliance are committed to provide the best services for our customers and as such we will perform appliance safety checks as standard in addition to offering a 6 months guarantee on all parts and labour. We cannot give a guarantee for any blockages, cosmetic damage or for any part that has been affected by a different fault, for instance if we fit a new pump and 6 months later the pump is faulty due to a hair clip blocking it. We do not guarantee any part or machine that is damaged due to neglect, flooding or fire. Warranty is not provided for Glass, Buttons, Knobs, Hinges, Containers and Cosmetic Parts that are provided as part of the repair.
